How many appointments/fittings will there be?
1st : Bridal Viewing (highly recommended to view TWB’s collections physically)
2nd : Outfit Selection (3-4 months before wedding)
3rd : Final Fitting (wedding week)

What is the payment structure?
30% initial deposit to reserve & secure wedding date (Non-refundable)
50% of package during Outfit Selection
20% final payment during Final Fitting

What are the modes of payment accepted?
We accept PayNow for effective convenience.

What is Bridal Viewing?
A bridal viewing is a 1 hour complimentary consultation service which allows our couples to have a look at our gown collections, understand our fitting process and packages more so than finding their finalised dream gown, hence we do not allow any trying of gowns/garments.

Why is a 30% deposit required for the first payment?
Upon payment of a deposit, we will confirm and secure your wedding date with TWB. This applies to the first-come, first-served service policy in which those who signed first will be prioritised for the first fitting session.

What if I change my package after making the deposit?
We have a no-refund policy. Hence, you can always upgrade your package or add-on a-la carte services but you cannot downgrade it. You are allowed to change your package as long as it is before your Outfit Selection.

What is Outfit Selection?
The Outfit Selection is a 2 hour session where our couples try on 3 outfits from each category of their booked package. It is a guided session where our stylists go more in depth into your preferences and suitability. We’ll take your body measurements and you'll try on available gowns and finalise your choices before leaving the boutique.

What should I prepare for this fitting?
Your footwear, songkok and shapewear (if applicable).
We strictly do not allow any makeup or lipsticks to prevent staining of our gowns.

How many people can I bring along?
You are allowed to bring a maximum of 2 pax.

What accessories do you provide?
All solemnization/modern packages include complimentary rental of veil.
All songket packages include complimentary rental of accessories such as dokoh, brooches, earrings, necklaces, belt, sanggul cucuk & keris.
*NOTE : Accessories for Songket under Outfits for Rental (ala-carte service) will NOT provided

How long can I rent the bridal outfits for?
Our default gown rental period is around 3 days, inclusive of the day of collection and return.
Delivery: Either Thursday or Friday
Returning of Outfits : Monday (Strictly between 10AM-12PM)

How often do you release new gowns/songket?
Our new collection of gowns is released every 6 months. The arrival of songket & gowns occurs in batches, contingent upon shipment durations.

I am a plus size bride. Do you have any bridal outfits that will suit me?
Our collections run up to size L.
However do take note that not all collections & designs/colours would be available up to size L. Songket will be especially limited due to the colours and designs that we have on the racks. Alternatively, we would be happy to custom a bridal outfit for you, according to the Custom-to-Rent or Keep prices! With different body measurements for each person, we are currently in the process of expanding the collections and their sizes.

What if I cancel or postpone my wedding?
You are allowed to carry your deposit forward to a future booking within two years of the initial booking date. However, the price of the package chosen will be revised according to the most current quotation. This means that your balance payment will be subjected to prevailing rates.
Alternatively, your deposit is transferrable to a new client/couple. The Wedding Brocade however will not be responsible for the deposit transfer. You may find a couple and they will pay the necessary deposit amount which you have paid to us. After which, you and the new couple are to inform us of the new package takeover and we will move forward with the new couple.

Can I choose from the whole collection?
You can choose from our latest collections when you come for your selection fitting, as long as they are available for your event date. Our stylist will let you know which are available or blocked.
Below are the few scenarios in which the collections available may be limited.
There are several couples with the same wedding day or weekend as you. [It is based on the first-come, first-served policy. Couples who signed first will be prioritised by having their outfit selection first, with more options to choose from]
The couples whose weddings are on the weekend before yours. The outfits are unavailable as they will be sent off for laundry.
The outfits chosen by couples who booked before you, with wedding dates on the weekend after yours, will be blocked & kept for alteration.
